Application

Glass, porcelain, ceramics, porcelain enamel, metal, printing with screen printing machine.

1.Mixed hardener with 5%

Apply the ink Spatulas Spoon mixing hardener 5% to 10% with ink, and mixing slowly, do not mix air into the ink. 

If there have much bubble, still there for a while until the bubble are disappear.

The ink with hardener must use up in 8 hours. If could not finish, need to re-mixed hardener with same rate. 

Do not mix new ink with used one

2.Mixed thiner/diluent with 8% to 10%

After Mixed with hardener, mixing the thinner/diluent 8% to 10% with spatulas spoon. Must mixing slowly, until the ink look flow.

2.Stard to print

Lied the ink on the stencil/screen plate, apply the squeegee 75A printing onwith 200 mesh to 300 mesh. and check the printed ink whether smooth.

3.Drying time

Drying the printed ink 4 hours by room temperature. For better adhesive, still there more 24H to 48H having good adhesive.

It need to put on the drying rack and a no-dust room.

4.Testing

Depend on your request, testing the ink by the our testing way or your standarder.
